Lead by Oniku, The CREED are a radical group with the aim to rid Lagoon City of its “problems” by any means necessary. They are ruthless, merciless individuals who destroy anything not meeting their standards. The CREED regularly recruit from the Omile slums by preying on the residents frustrations, fueling their cause and attracting vulnerable citizens by crafting together carefully planned propaganda. They have tagged their mission “The Rebirth by Fire of Lagoon City.”
